The delegation of Japanese visitors from Americus Sister City, Myoshi City, will arrive Saturday in Americus for its annual visit. The Sumter County School District and the City of Americus will provide opportunities for the guests from Japan to visit historical sites, attend a Sunday school class taught by President Jimmy Carter, visit local businesses, dine with the Mayor and District and School leaders, and more.
