Mike Saliba of Americus sounded Taps outside the National Prisoners of War Museum at Andersonville National Historic Site Sunday. Saliba, a Navy veteran and bugler, was one of many buglers sounding Taps to honor the late U.S. Sen. John McCain at 2 p.m. EST.
