Sumter County emergency officials have ordered a mandatory curfew from 5 p.m. Wednesday until 9 a.m. Thursday.

The worse part of the storm is expected here between 11 p.m. Wednesday until 5 a.m. Thursday when tropical storm winds of 50 to 60 mph are expected, according to the National Weather Service at Atlanta/Peachtree City.
