Flea Market: American Legion John D. Mathis Post 2 Inc. has a Flea Market at its facility at 923 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. (U. S. Highway 19) Oct. 13. All showing and selling of merchandise will be inside the Legion building so we will go rain or shine. The public is invited to come, look, buy, and enjoy the sale. Adult Reading Skills: Adult Literacy Action Inc. has several openings for adult individuals interested in improving their reading skills. The organization is affiliated with the Lake Blackshear Regional Library. Volunteer tutors are available to work with individuals on a one-on-one basis.
