AMERICUS — With Black Friday just around the corner, many local businesses are getting ready to provide holiday sales that will surely make for an excellent selection of Christmas gifts.
At Scott’s Jewelry, downtown, quarter-karat TW diamond earrings, normally priced at $199, will be on sale for $149. Quarter-karat diamond tennis bracelets, normally priced at $399, will be on sale for $199. All diamond engagement rings in stock will be discounted at 20 percent throughout the month of November. There will be a large, half-price selection on diamond rings for women, as well as a half-price selection on strands of cultured pearls.
Roberts Jewelers, downtown will have a discount table. Everything on that table will be 25 to 50 percent off. Diamond and gold earrings will be marked down to $99. Stackable band rings will be on sale starting at $169. There will also be several diamond crosses and diamond earrings on sale starting at $119.
At The Maze, downtown, there will be sales throughout the store, but in particular, there will be a 20 percent discount on all CD-1 farmhouse furniture not previously reduced.
Three’s Company, Too, located in the Americus Village shopping center on East Forsyth Street, will have items on sale for 30 percent off, except for a couple of exclusive items, such as china. This sale runs on from 10 a.m.-noon Black Friday. Also Friday only, buy one Corckcicle and get one half-off. Christmas ornaments are 30 percent off, excluding Radko. The store offers a free limited edition ornament with a $50 purchase of Coton Colors, and a free Vera Bradley market tote set with $75 purchase of Vera Bradley merchandise.
At Allies Boutiques & More, downtown, all Inis products will be 40 percent off. They will also have a $10 rack and purses will be discounted at 50 percent off.
Clinic Drugs will have a 25 percent discount on all of their Christmas items on Black Friday.
