ALBANY — Ms. Rose Marie Hale, age 57, of Plains, passed away Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019, in the Chapel of Aldridge Funeral Services. The Rev. Troy Fripp will officiate. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday Jan. 30 at Aldridge Funeral Services.

Ms. Hale was born Dec. 22, 1961, in Americus, daughter of the late Bobby Hunter Hale and Joyce Davis Hale Dailey. She worked for the former Collins & Aikman for 26 years and Tape Specialist in Americus. She was a member of Plains Methodist Church.

Survivors include her mother Joyce Hale Dailey of Plains; her son Christopher Shane Hale of Plains; a sister and brother-in-law Kathleen Upton and David of Plains; and two brothers and sisters-in-law Bobby Wayne Hale and Kris of Commerce, Ga., and Wilson Edward Hale and Karen of Andersonville; three grandchildren Adashia Hale, Christopher Shane Hale Jr., and Landen Carter; and three great-grandchildren Makenlee Hale, Malaree Hale, and Dylan Hale.

Ms. Hale was preceded in death by her father Bobby Hunter Hale; a sister, Sharon Hale Brown; and a brother, Terry Hunter Hale. Memorial contributions may be made to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation Gift Processing Department, 1687 Tullie Circle NE, Atlanta GA 30329-2320.
