Sumter County Intermediate School students, Cecilia Luna and Nelbin Ramirez, are working with fraction flash cards in Marlin Foster’s math class. Sixth-grade students are expected to apply and extend previous understandings of operations with fractions to add, subtract, multiply, and divide rational numbers.
