Americus-Sumter High School recently held its ‘Student of the Month’ celebration for March. Nine faculty members from the CTAE department (Career, Technical & Agricultural Education) each chose one student to be recognized during a reception hosted in the school library. Principal Kimothy Hadley presented each student with a plaque and a ‘Panthers’ water bottle. Hadley praised each student, followed by comments from their nominating teachers. After the ceremony participants enjoyed refreshments and a chance to mingle with parents, friends, and faculty.
