PSMC hosts Golden Key program Thursday

AMERICUS — Phoebe Sumter Medical Center will host its upcoming Golden Key meeting Thursday, May 16. The seminar will take place in the Wellness & Education Center Classroom, located at 132 U.S. Highway 280 West, Building 1B, in Americus.

The keynote speaker this month will be Donnette Threats, MA, executive director of Hospice Services for Phoebe Sumter. She will discuss the myths about hospice care and what families can expect from the hospice experience.

Participants are invited to play Bingo at 10:30 a.m. Lunch will be served at noon, and you can enjoy your meal during the guest speaker’s presentation from noon to 1 p.m.

The Golden Key program is specifically designed for anyone 50 years of age or over. This unique program was developed to promote good health, encourage healthy lifestyles, and provide its members special benefits. Everyone age 50 and over are invited.
