St. Paul A.M.E. Church
The pastor’s 22nd anniversary is celebrated at 2:30 p.m. July 14 with guest speaker, the Rev. Sherryl N. Sneed from Peter Chapel of Columbus. Dinner will be served. Everyone is invited.

Ebenezer Baptist Church
The first anniversary of church pastor, the Rev. Willie C. Kleckley is observed at 2:30 p.m. July 21. Theme is “Called with a Purpose” and speaker is the Rev. Glenn Bryant.

BUENA VISTA
Mount Pleasant Baptist Church
Everyone is invited to the annual revival services at 7 p.m. July 30-Aug. 1 with Pastor Colby McKenzie as guest preacher. A different choir performs each night: Mount Olive on July 30, St. Mark’s on July 31, and Mount Zion on Aug. 1.
The public is also invited to celebrate the church and pastor anniversary at 11 a.m. Aug. 4 when Magnolia Bay’s pastor, officers, choir, ushers, and congregation take charge of the service.

DESOTO
Big Bethel Baptist Church

Jackson Grove Baptist Church

William Grove Baptist Church

New Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church
Annual revival services begin with two nights of prayer at 7 p.m. July 22 and 23. Revival services are at 7:30 p.m. July 24-26. The Friday night guest choir is The Jenkin Jubilees. The Rev. Jerusalem Grove Missionary Baptist Church
The 5th anniversary of Pastor Ricky and first lady Veronda Cladd is celebrated July 28. The 11 a.m. service is conducted by Pastor Glenn Bryant along with Greater New Lebanon, Jehovah, and County Line Baptist churches.
