Robert Allen Skipper, 63 died at his residence in Americus, Ga November 18, 2019. Born in Warner Robins, Ga, raised in Albany Georgia, and made a decision in 2014 to move to Americus to be closer to his children and grandchildren. He was a retired plumber who devoted many years working and providing for his family. He was a family man, enjoyed fishing, reading, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was an honest, strong willed man, follower of Christ, and had a heart that his family will always remember. He was the best husband, father and grandfather, and will be missed dearly. Survivors include his wife, Lisa Skipper, a son Chris Skipper (Selena of Peachtree Corners, GA), a daughter Amanda Goodall (Allison), 4 grandchildren, Taylor Griner, McKenzie Thomas, Devon Goodall and Jeremiah Thomas, all of Americus. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Skipper, siblings, James “Jimmy” Skipper, Margaret Sue Bunn, Mary Ellen Skipper and Patricia Ann Skipper.
