Local Knights of Columbus chapter to hold annual Charity Golf Tournament

AMERICUS – The Americus chapter of the Knights of Columbus will hold its 23rd annual Charity Golf Tournament Saturday morning, March 28, at 8 a.m. at the Griffin Bell Golf Course in Americus.
The format is a four-player scramble and the cost to enter is $60 per player, which includes greens fee, cart, lunch and drinks. If your team registers by March 22, 2020, one golfer on your team will pay only $20 to play in 2020!
Players may pay the morning of the tournament by cash or check. There will be cash prizes for the top four teams and individual prizes for closest to the pin on all par threes and straightest drive for men and women on hole number one. New for this year is the $5,000 Putting Challenge. The entry fee for the Putting Challenge is $10 and one golfer will have the chance to make one fifty foot putt for the $5,000 prize.
