The Wildcats quickly went on a 16-0 run to start the game and it was capped off by a basket from Solomon. They used their full-court press to create turnovers and were able to turn those turnovers into points against a WCH team that was struggling to score. This continued through the remainder of the first half and by halftime, SCHS had a 46-12 lead.

Solomon led the Wildcats in the first half with 11 of his 18 points.

In the second half, the Wildcats picked up where they left off by going on an 8-0 run. They continued to use their defense to force turnovers, while the Bobcats continued to struggle scoring. As a result, the Wildcats cruised to a 67 – 28 victory.

The Wildcats (1-0) will be in action on Friday, December 8, against the Furlow Charter Falcons at the Storm Dome on the campus of Georgia Southwestern State University. Tip off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
