ADEL, GA – After their 58-14 thrashing of Jeff Davis on Thursday, the Sumter County Lady Panthers (SCHS) continued their winning ways when they went down to Adel and throttled the Cook Lady Hornets by the score of 54-29 on Saturday.
Jesstynie Scott led the Lady Panthers in scoring with 22 points and Lauren Harris scored 12. Cornecia Luster was also in double figures with 10 points.
With the win, the Lady Panthers extend their winning streak to six games. They will try to extend that streak to seven when they travel down to Fitzgerald on Tuesday to take on the Lady Purple Hurricanes of Fitzgerald. Tip off is scheduled for 6 p.m.
