Balloon arches graced several buildings, while folks stood under awnings or carried umbrellas, undaunted by the rain. Festive, Disney-themed music played over the speakers. The Hulk stood outside of Kinnebrew’s, an uncertain addition amidst the ever-widening Marvel franchise.

Kristin Rushing, Gia Sandwich, and Jennifer English, program coordinator for the Downtown Development Authority, stood in front of The Maze, all dressed as characters from Hocus Pocus.

Howie Rowland was dressed as Olaf, Savannah Rowland donned an Elsa costume, and Ava Rowland wore an Anna costume complete with cape inside Vita Fuse.

Several people were clustered under the Jackson Street balcony near The Spot and under the awning of Scoops, where other princesses had stationed themselves. Horne Pecan had a visit from Alice in Wonderland, complete with teacups and checkerboard bows on the chairs.
