The Schley County Wildcats suffered a tough 89-40 loss to the Greenville Patriots on Jan. 16 in Greenville. The team returned to Ellaville on Jan. 17 to face the Brookstone Cougars, winning the region match 48-42.

The matches leave the Wildcats’ overall record at 4-14 and region record at 2-8.

The Wildcats return to action on Jan. 20 to face the Dooly County Bobcats in Ellaville.

The Lady Wildcats similarly dropped their region match on Jan. 16 in Greenville, falling 66-41 in the match. Schley’s girls faced the Brookstone Lady Cougars the next evening and netted a 53-46 victory.

These games bring the Lady Wildcats’ overall record to 6-11 and region record to 2-8.

The Lady Wildcats face the Dooly County Lady Cougars on Jn. 20 in Ellaville at 6:00.
