CORDELE — Mary Ann Ireland Collins, 66, of 1304 Blackshear Road, Cordele, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015, at her residence. A native of Tifton, she was born Dec. 8, 1948, the daughter of Tom Earl Ireland Sr. and Nell Marie Ireland. She was a dedicated teacher.

The family will be receiving friends at the home of Martha Augood, 913 Hooks Mill Road, Americus. The service will be private. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the charity of one’s choice.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Kymberly Autumn Drummond and Carl, of Enterprise, Ala.; a son, Beau Logan, of Enterprise, Ala.; her mother, Nell Marie Ireland, of Americus; three sisters, Linda Thompson of Pagosa Springs, Colo., Martha Augood of Americus, and Bonnie Goulding of Rome; a brother, Tom Earl Ireland Jr.; three grandchildren, Steven and Bianca McKenzie, Gary Drummond and Samantha Drummond; as well as a great-grandchild, Aiden James. She is preceded in death by her father, Tom Earl Ireland Sr.
