ALBANY — Mr. Ronnie Lee “Ron” Longino, 73, of Andersonville, passed away on Monday evening, Sept. 21, 2015, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital North Campus.
Funeral services are planned for 2: p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26, at the Williams Road Church of Christ. Keith Wishum will officiate.  The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:30 p.m.  Friday evening, Sept. 25 at Hancock Funeral Home, 427 S. Lee St.
Born Aug. 13, 1942, Ron was a son of the late Earnest Carl Longino and Florence Wood Longino. He was a member of Williams Road Church of Christ. Ron loved serving the Lord and was a devoted family man. He was a life insurance agent, was very active in the Andersonville Guild and was a huge Atlanta Braves fan.
Survivors include his wife, Lorene Longino of Andersonville; one son, Earnest C. “Ernie” Longino (Kimberly) of Orange Park, Fla.; one daughter, Gwendolyn Lorene Lacy of Leesburg; grandchildren: Robert Lee Lloyd, Donald Ray “Trey” Lacy III, Andrew Cole Longino and Kaitlyn Marie Longino; one brother, Ansel “Ray” Longino (Betty) of Orange Park, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Gene Longino.
