At the beginning of each school year, Southland Academy’s Jostens yearbook representative, Payton Zeigler, treats the new Raider staff to an off-campus lunch followed by an afternoon computer workshop. This year, the eight-member staff led by Dana Dillard, advisor, and Amber Jones, editor learned about new options, capabilities and guidelines offered on the Jostens yearbook website. Juniors Morgan Jones and Mary Martin Shealy garnered top ‘honors’ during the workshop by answering tough questions and producing quality page layouts. Additional 2016 Raider staff members are Cynthia Jones, Claire Peek, Rachel Grimes, Kendall Kirkland and Louise Quillope.
