AMERICUS — Southwest Trophy & Gifts is an Official Toys For Tots Drop-Off Location. It is collecting toys for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation from now until Nov. 20. Citizens of Americus and surrounding areas are asked to bring one or more new, unwrapped toys and help fill the  boxes.
There will have an early visit from Santa Clause from 2-5 p.m.  Nov. 19 for pictures with Santa. Anyone bringing a toy will receive a free 4×6 photo with Santa. A Marine representative will also be present.
Southwest Trophy & Gifts believes it is important for our local businesses to get involved and support our community. They have started a challenge to all area businesses and Chamber of Commerce members to bring in a toy and they will be recognized as contributors on their Facebook page and Website.
