Students at Sumter County Intermediate enjoyed a Literacy Book Talk over their schoolwide read, Kingdom Keepers: Disney after Dark. To encourage students to read, every student received a personal copy of the book for their enjoyment. Students were invited to stay after school to discuss and share their favorite parts of the book. Students enjoyed cookies and milk while they answered questions, discussed topics, and read selections from the book with their friends and classmates.
