Allene Reeves, beloved retired Southland teacher, entertained Peggy Roquemore’s first graders by reading the popular children’s book, A Sweetheart for Valentine. She also delighted the children by sharing yummy heart shaped cookies, valentine pencils, and lollipops. She was assisted by her granddaughter, first-grade class member, Reeves Young.
