Ebenezer Baptist Church
A Christian Fellowship Banquet is at 6 p.m. Sept. 17 at Preston Williams Center, Montezuma. Tickets are $10 per person and must be pre-purchased; no tickets sold at the door. Special guests and entertainment include Pastor Charles McDonald (emcee), Jack’O Davis (comedian) from Warner Robins, music, mime dancer, words and songs of spiritual encouragement. Big Bethel Missionary Baptist Church
The 133rd church anniversary is celebrated with pre-anniversary services at 7 p.m. Sept. 7 with Jenkins Jubilees, Doris Sims and the Gospel 2, Leslie Johnson and the Wings of Faith, and Kameron Carter; at 7 p.m. Sept. 8 with a Gospel Explosion, and culminating at 11 a.m. Sept. 11 with soloist Sarah Meadows.

New Jerusalem Baptist Church
The Annual Shoe Rally Program is at 2 p.m. Sept. 11 with speakers: Sister Mary Thomas, Sister Nancy Hawkins, Minister LaSondra Swain, Sister Patricia McClary Harris, Deacoon Maurice Holloway, Minister Vernita Sampson, Deacon Stanley White, and first lady Stacy-Kelly.

New Jerusalem Baptist Church
An ordination service for Minister William Mann is at 3 p.m. Sept. 25.

Perry B. Grove Baptist Church
The annual revival is at 7 p.m. Sept. 13-15. Speakers are Tuesday, Pastor Brian Ramey; Wednesday, Pastor Raymond Andrews; and Thursday to be announced later.
The Homecoming celebration is at 4 p.m. Sept. 17 when Pastor Coley Clark brings the message. Dinner will be served.
Sunday school is at 10 a.m. Sept. 18, followed by worship at 11 when Bishop Alfred Rushin brings the message.

Kingdom of Heaven Ministries
The annual Family Fun Day is from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Sept. 17 at 132 Upper River Road. Event features free food, games, and arts and crafts.
