Students in Holli Farr’s kindergarten class at Sumter County Primary School are learning about healthy foods and where these foods come from. The students have planted a vegetable garden and now have fresh lettuce to enjoy. Each student in the class tasted the lettuce. Nahla Minter and David Diaz-Gomez are shown with the fresh lettuce.
