Angela Wright named Administrative Services Coordinator at SGTC

AMERICUS — Angela Wright has been promoted to Administrative Services coordinator at South Georgia Technical College, announced SGTC President John Watford, Ed.D.
Wright has been the Bookstore/Accounting technician at SGTC since 2010. Prior to that, she was Bookstore assistant at SGTC, and had also worked as a Warehouse clerk for B.C. Moore’s Warehouse. She is a graduate of SGTC’s marketing management program. In her new role, she will continue to report to SGTC Director of Administrative Services Mark Brooks and Vice President for Administrative Services Lea Coe.
Wright will manage day-to-day operations of South Georgia Tech’s bookstores on the Crisp County Center campus and the Americus campus, with primary operations in Cordele. She will order supplies for the bookstores, coordinate a daily work schedule for bookstore staff, supervise the daily collection and balancing of point of sale receipts from all bookstore sales, suggest and coordinate the implementation of sales and other promotional activities to increase daily sales and community awareness, conduct physical inventories of textbooks and other supplies, be responsible for accounts payable for the bookstore, and all other duties as assigned.
Angela is married to Anthony Wright and they live in Cordele.
