Japanese contingent visit Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregiving

The contingent from Americus’ Sister City, Miyoshi City, Japan, visited  the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregiving Tuesday on the campus of Georgia Soutrhwestern State University.
