AMERICUS — Nancy Kinnebrew Bell, of Americus, died Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, at her home. A native of Americus, she was born Feb. 2, 1923, to the late Jeremiah Duckworth and Kara Borders Duckworth. She owned and operated Kinnebrew The Casual Shop. She was a member of Americus First United Methodist Church and the Junior Service League.
A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m., Friday, Sept. 22, 2017, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Americus with the Rev. Dr. Jerry Roe officiating the service.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Jerry and Henry Crisp of Americus; son and daughter-in-law, Hulme and Janet Kinnebrew of Americus; and a brother, Ernest Carswell of Greenville, S.C. Also surviving are nine grandchildren: Ashley Hatcher, Kara McMickle, Haley Fowler, Nancy Dyleski, Kinney Struggs, Andrew Struggs, Sally Griffith, Easton Kinnebrew, and Neil Kinnebrew; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two husbands: Easton Hulme Kinnebrew Jr. and Griffin Bell; and two daughters: Carolyn Kinnebrew Daniel and Linda Louise Kinnebrew.
