Café Campesino cuts the ribbon at its recent addition of Sweet Georgia Baking Co.’s lunch menu and fresh baked goods to its coffee house fare Sept 8. Café Campesino’s decision to bring Sweet Georgia’s menu into the fair trade organic coffee roaster’s downtown Americus coffee house was, according to the companies’ owners, anideal opportunity to bring the two, complementary food and beverage offerings under one roof. Café Campesino founder Bill Harris is brother of Lee Harris, who started Sweet Georgia Baking.
