Michael Thomas Feltman, age 58, of Smithville, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2017. Mr. Feltman was born May 24, 1959, the son of the late Andy and Catherine Feltman. He was an avid coon hunter and enjoyed fishing and raising chickens.

Services were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10, 2017, in the chapel of Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel. The family received friends one hour prior to the service at 2 p.m. at Greg Hancock Funeral Chapel. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Georgia Sheriff’s Youth Home,  P.O, Box 1000, Stockbridge GA 30281.

Survivors include a daughter, Kelly Feltman of Plains; three sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Lou Payne of Covington, Beverly Menniger of Covington and Betty Joe and Bobby Randall of Jackson; a brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Carole Feltman of Americus. He is also survived by friends, LeAnne Smith and Frances Irlbeck.
