CENTERPOINT — Mrs. Martha Eugenia Minick, 95 of Centerpoint, Ga., passed away Monday, Jan. 15, 2018. Funeral services are planned for 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 19, 2017, at Macedonia Baptist Church in Centerpoint. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until service time Friday at the church.

Mrs. Minick was born Sept. 10, 1922, in Americus, daughter of the late Edgar Lee Ratliff and the late Rosa Mae Adams Ratliff. She was a homemaker and member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Mrs. Minick enjoyed traveling and working in her yard.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law Sandra Davis (Don) of Americus; a son and daughter-in-law Bill Minick (Charlotte) of Richland; seven grandchildren Mitch Goare (Rebecca), Mike Goare (Kim) of Lumpkin, Billy Minick (Spring) of Preston, Danny Minick (Sallie), Lorrie Ledger (Clint) of Leslie, Crystal Cheek of Americus and Brandon Davis (Holly) of Rochelle; and 10 great-grandchildren Rachel Minick, Molly Goare, Hailee Goare, Mitchell Goare, Ross Minick, Morgan Minick, Will Minick, Kaitlyn Davis, Avery Ledger, Mattie Cheek and Davis Sneed.

Her husband, Oscar Ross (Sam) Minick, preceded her in death.
