ELLAVILLE – The defending GHSA Class 1A State Champion Schley County Baseball Team will host their 2018 Inaugural First Pitch Banquet on Monday, January 22 to kick off the 2018 season.

The featured speaker at the banquet will be University of Georgia Head Baseball Coach Scott Stricklin. Tickets are available in the high school office, Ellaville Floral and Gifts and People’s Bank in Ellaville. For those living in Americus, tickets are available at Global Graphics: located at 107 South Hudson Street in Americus.

Doors will open at 5:30 for a silent auction and a time for fellowship. The dinner will begin at 6 p.m. The silent auction will close 30 minutes after Coach Stricklin finishes speaking.
