Dozens of volunteers from across the United States — and several from others countries, including The Fuller Center for Housing’s newest covenant partner in Maunabo, Puerto Rico — are working on Carver Street in Americus this week at the 2018 Millard Fuller Legacy Build, honoring the life and legacy of the man who founded Habitat for Humanity and then The Fuller Center for Housing alongside Linda Fuller, who is also volunteering to build two new homes along with two granddaughters, Sophie and Jasmine Luedi. The two new homes will be dedicated at 4 p.m. Friday. Shown here, Volunteers Roger Werner of St. John’s Florida with Jasmine Luedi of Jacksonville, Florida.
