GSW athletics partners with Collegiate Sports Management Group

AMERICUS – The Georgia Southwestern State University athletic department has announced a multi-year agreement with New York-based Collegiate Sports Management Group (CSMG). According to GSW athletic officials, CSMG will be the GSW athletic department’s exclusive source for sponsorship, marketing and content distribution. The partnership will generate revenue for GSW while CSMG monetizes asset categories that include digital and social media, hospitality, signage and on-site activation.
“We are excited to partner with CSMG as our department and brand continues to grow across multiple platforms, including content, media and marketing,” GSW Athletic Director Mike Leeder said. “We look forward to our partnership with CSMG and know the relationship will be beneficial to our athletic department, student-athletes, alumni and fans.”
According to Dan Girard, Manager for Media Services and Brand Partnerships for CSMG, bringing GSW into the CSMG family is exciting as they continue to expand across the Southeast region. “This relationship will add significant assets within our Division II portfolio,” Girard said. “We look forward to helping Georgia Southwestern State increase exposure and revenue.”
