AMERICUS — Mrs. Juanita Starlin, age 94, passed away Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018, at Perfect Care in Americus. A celebration of life will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14 at First United Methodist Church. The Rev. Cody Timmerman and the Rev. Jerry Roe will officiate. Friends may call at the residence of Calvin and Ginger Starlin, 105 South Forty Circle, Americus.

Mrs. Starlin was born Oct. 29, 1926, in Phenix City, Ala., daughter of the late Ed Davis and the late Opal Davis. She was a retired bookkeeper for Synovus Bank and a homemaker. She enjoyed working in her yard and was an artist. Mrs. Starlin was a member of Fairview Baptist in Columbus, Ga. She taught Sunday school and was a Cub Scout Den Mother.

Survivors include her son Calvin Starlin (Ginger) of Americus and two grandchildren Brooks Mechler (Scott) and Ander Starlin (Kellie). Seven great-grandchildren also survive.
