Dr. and Mrs. Ben Andrews Jr. of Americus announce the engagement of their daughter Taylor Michelle Andrews of Americus, to Emory Fouche’ Parker III of Americus, son of Mr. and Mrs. Emory Fouche’ Parker Jr. of Americus.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Evelyn Wages of Americus, the late Mr. and Mrs. Roy Gatian Jr., Ben Andrews Sr., and Bill Wages. She graduated Deerfield Windsor School, Class of 2008, and Georgia College and State University in 2012, with a bachelor of science in business management. She is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and the Junior Service League of Americus, and is an insurance agent with Hooks Simmons Insurance.
The future groom is the grandson of Joyce Liggin of Montezuma and Sandra Parker of Americus, and the late Otto (Buddy) Liggin and Emory Parker Sr. He graduated Southland Academy, Class of 2008, and Georgia Southwestern State University in 2013, with a bachelor of science in exercise science. He graduated Darton College in 2017, with an associate of science in physical therapy. He is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and is employed as physical therapy assistant with Integra.
The wedding will take place on Jan. 26, 2019.
