Sumter County Boy’s Basketball Team was recognized.

The coaches are Johnny Genwright, Rodney Shelton, Juwan High, Eric Brown, and Cedric Blackshear.

Students & Managers: Anthony Tyson, Covery Hill, Kamarion Campbell, Corey Wright, Jayden Wooden, Braylon Terry, Michael Terry, Thomas Mays, Dartaynian Carter, Javin Lewis, Jacorey Wright, Arthur Mays, Ishmael Jones, Jarvis Scott, Lebron Brown, Marcus Harvey, Austin Davis, Brenden Covin, Chase Evans, Cason Evans, Amari Hubbard, Briceton Terry.

The following were recognized for their contributions to the school system: Parent Volunteer, Michael Coley, Student Keilana Hood, Teacher Alicia Green, Paraprofessional Marissa Hill, Support Staff Amy Williams, Custodian Clarence Lewis, and Lunchroom worker Phyllis Dowdell.

The Sumter County Middle School Lady Panthers were also recognized, along with Head Coach Danielle Ford, and Assistant Coaches Elzie Marshall and Venus Griffin.
