AMERICUS – The Georgia Southwestern State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will be hosting both a softball camp and a baseball camp for children May 28-30.

On Tuesday through Thursday, May 28-30, GSW will be hosting the Little Canes Softball Camp for ages 7-12 and a baseball youth camp for ages 5-14. Both camps run each day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Campers will receive instruction from GSW softball and baseball players and coaches respectively in the fundamentals of hitting, fielding and throwing. Participants must bring their own helmet, gloves and cleats. The cost to attend the Little Canes Softball Camp is $175 and the cost to attend the baseball youth camp is $125.
