AMERICUS – Sumter Cycling will host its monthly Saturday Ride on Saturday, June 1. This particular ride is called the Sweet Corn Ridge and it will begin at Rudy’s Happy Patch Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m.

Riders can choose between two rides: an 11-mile ride and a 23-mile ride. After the rides are over, riders can enjoy a dozen ears of sweet corn, courtesy of Chase Farm Market. There will also be a stop at the Sweet Spot Bakery where riders can enjoy cupcakes, muffins, cookies, etc. courtesy of Sumter Cycling.
