Robert “Mason” Spriggle initially went missing May 22. He was taken into custody the morning of June 10 for three counts of assault, including felony assault of a deputy and assault against his father. He was also wanted for felony obstruction, criminal damage in the second-degree, misdemeanor obstruction, attempting to remove a weapon, entering an automobile, criminal damage to government property, and felony terroristic threats.
