EASTMAN — Funeral services for Mrs. Susie Ann Dennard Whitman of 5510 Rose St., Eastman, Ga., who passed on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2015,  at Taylor Regional Hospital, Hawkinsville, Ga., will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at Welcome Baptist Church. The Rev. Freddie Mann will officiate and burial will follow in the Old Corinth cemetery. The remains will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the services.
Mrs. Susie Ann Dennard Whitman was born on May 26, 1962, in Sumter County, Georgia, to the parentage of the late Mrs. Susie Lewis Dennard and Mr. John “Buddy” Dennard who survives.
In addition to her father, Mr. John (Virginia) Dennard, she leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, Mr. Steven Whitman; one son, Mr. Carlton (Adrian) Bateman; one daughter, Ms. Candi Monts; two brothers, Mr. William Charles Lewis and Mr. Joe Wade; three sisters, Ms. Annie Milledge, Ms. Carolyn Dennard and Ms. Mary Wade Merritt; four grandchildren, Shakera Bateman, Ebony Monts, Candra Monts and Naomi Monts; her father & mother-in-law, Mr. George (Charlotte) Whitman; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and  friends.
