The Americus-Sumter County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting Wednesday for a new business, Liberty Tax, located at 1610-A E. Forsyth St., Americus. The business is also participating in the 2015 member-to-member discount program and will offer 15 percent discount on tax preparation fees for any Chamber discount card holders. Hours of operation to accommodate tax season are 7 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 1:30-8 p.m. on Sunday, through April 30.
