ATLANTA — The Georgia House of Representatives’ Committee on Assignments named state Rep. Ed Rynders (R-Albany) as the chairman of the House Governmental Affairs Committee. Rynders will also serve as the secretary of the Health & Human Services, Appropriations, and Legislative and Congressional Reapportionment Committees, as well as ex-officio of the Ways and Means Committee.
