Georgia Southwestern State University hosted a welcome reception for Interim President Charles Patterson and his wife Colleen from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday at the Windsor Hotel in the Rosalynn Carter Tea Parlor. A number of community members stopped by the meet the Pattersons.
