The Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund, a police advocacy organization based in Alexandria, Va., extended an invitation to Washington Post columnist Courtland Milloy to try their “use of force” training computer simulator. It is used to teach officers the level of force needed to gain control in high stress situations.
