Voting in favor of renewing the contract of Kimothy Hadley were Rick Barnes, Meda Krenson, and board chair Michael Busman. Voting against were Jim Reid and Sylvia Roland. Abstaining from the vote was Alice Green. Edith Green was absent at the meeting.
