- These are students who participated in a Southland Academy summer camp conducted by Terri Jones.
This summer Terri Jones conducted a summer camp called, ‘The Sights of Sumter’ for Southland Academy students in fourth through sixth grades. The students visited historical sights in Andersonville, Americus and Plains and were sworn in as Junior Rangers. The students took many interesting pictures to use in their seventh-grade Georgia History scrapbook. Shown are the campers in front of one of the historical monuments in Andersonville.
