The Southland Academy faculty, staff and students set aside Oct. 29 to acknowledge Breast Cancer Awareness. Having faculty and family members who have been affected, the Southland family rallied in support of loved ones by wearing pink or the Southland designed Breast Cancer Awareness t-shirt. The Southland community purchased approximately 350 t-shirts for this acknowledgement. The proceeds will benefit the Southland Academy Relay for Life team.
