Kelley Ann Kinslow of Americus and Mr. and Mrs. James Shane Hendrickson of Monroe announced the engagement of their daughter, Frances Kathleen Hendrickson, to Joshua Ellis Tondee of Ellaville, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Rex Tondee Jr.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Kinslow of Americus, and Mr. and Mrs. Jon Thomas of Madison.
She is a 2008 honor graduate of Southland Academy in Americus and a 2012 graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University with a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing. She is employed as a loan compliance analyst at Citizens Bank of Americus and is a member of the Junior Service League of Americus.
The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Glen Everett Lawhorn of Ellaville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Rufus Rex Tondee Sr.
He is a 2006 honor graduate of Schley County High School in Ellaville, and a 2011 graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University with a bachelor of business administration in management. He is employed as a salesman at Arrow Exterminators in Macon.
The wedding is planned for 6 p.m. Feb. 27, 2016, at First Baptist Church in Americus. The reception will immediately follow at Griffin Bell Golf & Conference Center. No local invitations are being sent. All friends and relatives of the bride and groom are invited.
