27th library play is this weekend

The Sumter County Friends of the Public Library host their 27th annual library play this weekend. ‘Séance It Isn’t So,’ written by Kim Fuller, is performed Saturday, Jan. 30, accompanied by hors d’oeuvres and wine. The cost is $20 and the doors to the Lake Blackshear Regional Library open at 7:30 p.m. On Sunday, Jan. 31, doors open at 2:30 p.m. with homemade cookies and punch provided by the Americus Book Club.
