• Dallas C. Brown, 33, of 111 Sun Valley Drive, Apt. 11, Americus is charged with felony fleeing or attempting to elude police, no proof of insurance, and failure to obey traffic control device, and was jailed.
• Laquasha D. Carter, 24, of 105 High Pointe Drive, Americus is charged with disorderly conduct.

• Kelly R. Hutchins, 40, of 334 Academy St., Americus is charged with open container, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, DUI and driving while license is suspended or revoked, and was jailed.

• Brianna M. Johnson, 21, of 109 Hosanna Circle, Americus is charged with battery against a female who is pregnant and third-degree cruelty to children, and was jailed.
